A checkout lane that asks for one thing and then lets the shopper through is the model for a form. You can see the price, you can see the card, and nothing extra is hiding under the counter. A form on this site should be that plain. The fields you see are the fields we receive. If a field is not on the screen, we do not have it.
What you type
A form here takes the note you write about the close, your phone, your name, an email if you leave one, the size band you pick, and how long the return, the cards, and the count have disagreed. Nothing else on the form is hidden.
If you pick a time on the booking page, Microsoft Bookings takes the booking details on our behalf and they reach the same practice.
What the browser stores
A page view can carry two random identifiers that your own browser stores, one that lasts and one that ends when you close the tab, plus the page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you followed. It is first party. It goes to our own server so we can tell which pages are worth keeping.
If your browser is set to Do Not Track, none of that is recorded.
There is no advertising pixel, no visitor identification service, and no third party analytics. The network that delivers these pages logs the usual request information for security and rate limiting.
Why we hold it
To reply, to prepare for the call you asked for, to do the work if you engage us, to see which pages are useful, to keep automated submissions out of the form, and to meet ordinary record keeping duties.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for anyone else's advertising. No decision about you is made by a machine.
How long, and how to have it removed
A note is kept for as long as it takes to answer it, and for as long as an engagement and the records behind it require. If you would rather we did not keep it, say so on the phone and it goes. You can also ask what we hold and ask for a correction. The same phone number reaches the person who can do it.
If this page changes, the change is made on the page rather than announced somewhere else.
